HC 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "HC 777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the online gaming platform operating at hc777.wine and all its associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the HC 777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the HC 777 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount held in a player's HC 777 account, including both real-money and bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers specifically to funds deposited by the player that are available for withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by HC 777 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the HC 777 platform.
• "Payment Method" refers to any of the accepted deposit and withdrawal channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.
• "Verification" refers to the process by which HC 777 confirms the identity and eligibility of a player before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility Conditions

To open an account at HC 777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of HC 777.
• You have not previously been excluded from the HC 777 platform through a self-exclusion or enforcement action.
• You are registering with accurate personal information including your legal full name, valid mobile number, and correct date of birth.
• You accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account at HC 777. Duplicate account creation – whether using the same identity information, the same device, or the same payment method – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, HC 777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all balances and pending withdrawals across those accounts. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will not be honoured under any circumstances.

Registration Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your HC 777 account. If your contact details change – particularly your mobile number or payment method – you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawal processing and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your HC 777 login credentials. This includes your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. HC 777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available within account settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not access your HC 777 account from public or shared devices without logging out completely after each session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact HC 777 support immediately at support@hc777.wine.
• HC 777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

HC 777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Reported unauthorised access cases are investigated promptly and the affected account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits

All deposits at HC 777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person – are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your HC 777 balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• HC 777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are your responsibility.
• HC 777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is flagged as suspicious, potentially fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

HC 777 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Eligibility to Withdraw

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Only your Real-Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before converting to withdrawable funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, HC 777 support will advise on the alternative process.
• You may not withdraw funds to a payment method not registered in your own name.

Verification Requirements

HC 777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure for first withdrawals above Rs 25,000 and for any withdrawal flagged by our compliance system. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation of ownership of the nominated payment method. Verification requests are handled promptly and supporting documents are kept securely in accordance with the HC 777 Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal Timeframes

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: under 10 minutes (standard accounts), under 5 minutes (VIP accounts).
• NayaPay / SadaPay: under 15 minutes.
• IBFT bank transfer: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on receiving bank processing times.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Bonuses & Promotions

HC 777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion at HC 777 specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general rules where they differ.
• Default wagering requirement for standard deposit match bonuses: 25x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino bets and sports bets typically contribute 100% of stake toward wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contributions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window (typically 7 days from credit). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• HC 777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus is credited to your account, existing terms for that bonus remain valid.

Bonus Abuse

HC 777 monitors all bonus activity. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using betting patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (e.g. placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee wagering completion).
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

Betting Rules

All sports and esports bets placed through HC 777 are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside the relevant betting markets.

Bet Acceptance

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. HC 777 does not guarantee that any particular market or odds will remain available.
• HC 777 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion. Common reasons include suspected bet manipulation, system errors displaying incorrect odds, or risk management decisions.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is binding on both the player and HC 777 subject to the conditions below.

Void and Cancelled Bets

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• If odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, HC 777 reserves the right to void affected bets. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated at the remaining legs' combined odds.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to faster and more frequent odds changes. During significant match events (goals, wickets, round endings), HC 777 may temporarily suspend live markets while odds are recalculated. Bets placed immediately before a known event outcome may be voided if HC 777 determines the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome before the market suspended.

Live Casino Rules

Games in the HC 777 live casino section – including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and other live dealer games – are governed by the specific game rules displayed on each table as well as the following general conditions.

• All live casino game results are final once the round is completed by the dealer. HC 777 does not reverse settled live casino outcomes except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will continue without your input. If your bet was placed before the disconnection, the outcome will be settled normally and your balance updated accordingly when your connection is restored.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and play on the affected round. Stakes will be returned to the player's balance.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits displayed at each table are enforced strictly. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted by the system.
• VIP table access at HC 777 is at the platform's discretion and subject to account verification and activity thresholds.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the HC 777 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be removed from your balance.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets on live casino games or sports events to manipulate outcomes or guarantee bonus wagering at minimal risk.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent regional access controls or misrepresent your location.
• Money laundering or using the HC 777 platform to process funds of illegal origin. HC 777 is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive communication directed at HC 777 staff or other players through any platform channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by HC 777

HC 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The information provided during registration is false or has not been updated after change.
• A verification request has remained unanswered for more than 14 days.
• The account is held by a minor.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, HC 777 will communicate the reason for suspension and an estimated resolution timeframe via the registered contact details. Real-money balances will be preserved during a pending investigation unless fraud is confirmed.

Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting HC 777 support at support@hc777.wine. Before closure, any real-money balance above Rs 200 will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Players who have set a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has expired. HC 777 will not reactivate self-excluded accounts early under any circumstances.

Privacy & Data

HC 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data HC 777 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.

HC 777 does not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with financial regulations. Responsible Gaming

HC 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered HC 777 players through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Limitation of Liability

HC 777 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HC 777 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions whether express or implied.

HC 777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from network outages, internet connectivity failures, or device-level technical issues outside HC 777's control.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind arising from use of the HC 777 platform.
• The actions of third parties including payment providers, internet service providers, and data networks.

HC 777's maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Intellectual Property

All content on the HC 777 platform including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, graphics, game content, and text is the intellectual property of HC 777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or otherwise exploit any HC 777 platform content without prior written permission. Automated access to the platform for data collection purposes is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the HC 777 platform are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through HC 777's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures. You agree to pursue any claims against HC 777 individually and not as part of a class action.

HC 777's internal dispute resolution process: submit a formal complaint to support@hc777.wine. HC 777 commits to providing a written response within 5 business days. If the response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to senior management for a final review within a further 10 business days.
